Callers will hear on hold music while they are being connected to a Helpdesk Analyst. If you are calling out of hours or if the line is busy due to a high volumes of calls, email us at E-mail: helpdesk@infonetica.net using the ERM Helpdesk Email Request template - so that we can attend to your issue sooner, otherwise stay on the line and leave a detailed message after the voicemail. NOTE Infonetica may attempt to contact you after your enquiry has been registered. The call will appear as a UK call. We would appreciate you answering. 

Please provide your -

  • Country and state - e.g. Australia, Victoria;
  • Full Name;

  • Email address used for login;

  • Telephone number including area code;

  • Product that you are querying about (ie ERM) as we support other Infonetica products;

  • Short message describing the issue including the title of the project and Project ID (url and screenshots of the full screen are also useful). If you get an error page or the page freezes, it is useful for us to know the steps you took prior to the event.

Please contact the HREC or Research Governance Office for questions about the Ethics or Research Governance review processes or responses to provisional approval decisions. Infonetica IT Helpdesk can only provide advice on how to navigate around ERM and address any technical issues.

Ethics RM cannot be used in Internet Explorer as it is no longer a supported browser as of 31 July 2021. Please use an alternate browser such as Chrome, Edge (Chromium), Firefox or other industry-standard web-browsers of equivalent or better functionality. Browser support is subject to ongoing support by the browser manufacturer and may change over time.


Queensland Health Applications

Victorian Applications

For information about the ethics application process and/or the Site Specific Assessment process, refer to the Clinical Trial Research website.

For enquiries, contact the Coordinating Office for Clinical Trial Research - phone 0408 274 054 email multisite.ethics@safercare.vic.gov.au Alternatively, contact the HREC Coordinator or Research Governance Officer to whom you intend to submit your application.

The Victorian Specific Module (VSM) must be submitted as a supporting document with the HREA application for any research project involving a site in Victoria. The VSM is available as a subform of the HREA.
