If you are calling out of hours or if the line is busy due to a high volumes of calls, email us at E-mail: helpdesk@infonetica.net using the ERM Helpdesk Email Request template - so that we can attend to your issue sooner. Callers will hear on hold music while they are being connected to a Helpdesk Analyst, then stay on the line and leave a detailed voicemail message with as much information as possible. NOTE Infonetica may attempt to contact you after your enquiry has been registered. The call will appear as a UK call. We would appreciate you answering.

Please contact the HREC or Research Governance Office for questions about the Ethics or Research Governance review processes or responses to provisional approval decisions. Infonetica IT Helpdesk can only provide advice on how to navigate around ERM and address any technical issues.
Ethics RM cannot be used in Internet Explorer as it is no longer a supported browser as of 31 July 2021. Please use an alternate browser such as Chrome, Edge (Chromium), Firefox or other industry-standard web-browsers of equivalent or better functionality. Browser support is subject to ongoing support by the browser manufacturer and may change over time.

The Victorian Specific Module (VSM) must be submitted as a supporting document with the HREA application for any research project involving a site in Victoria. The VSM is available as a subform of the HREA.
